Returns or Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be:
- within 15 days being received
- unused and in the same condition it was received
- in the original white box packaging
No returns or exchanges on SALE ITEMS, LIMITED PROMOTIONAL ITEMS or SPECIFIC PRODUCTS, such as phone charms, stickers or customizable items,
We ony accept returns or exchanges from european countries, due to customs events and associated costs.

After we receive your return and confirm that the item is eligible, we will refund your item value. If you want to exchange for a new phone case, you will have to make a new order on our website.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your non-defective item. Original order shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective
We only replace items if they are proven defective or damaged within 15 days of the order delivery date. Please send us an email with photos of the damage or defective item at kanoaportugal@gmail.com for further assistance.
After we confirm the damage, we will exchange your item or refund your order. You don't need to return the defective phone case or pay any extra shipping fee for the exchange.
Refunds
If your are eligible for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. It usually requires 3-5 business days.
